Regarding no mention of the Saliva Testing in the annual report I got a reply back from Friederike and her permission to post it:

“The alternative use case evaluation work is ongoing, as per the last Quarterly Report. The data collection to evaluate the efficacy of different sample specimen collection methods is continuing, and once we have sufficient data to evaluate the efficacy, we will inform the market. The annual report summarises events for the financial year ended 30June, and this is an ongoing activity of this financial year.”
