T20 owns 85% with the company/number 1 holder owning 55%~. Very tight capital structure, any contract ann with $$$ figures will send this flying. No sell pressure
Charts bottomed out, 4.4m cash, EV less than most defunct shells. No CR for the forseeable future
Shares were issued out at 4c = next price magnet & minimal dilution
Management is doing everything right running this company IMO.
