Get a load of the finance experts that have no info on the legal issue at hand, or evidently any experience in dealing with the ATO.
Apparently, payroll tax is the most basic level of compliance... despite having an extensive list of highly debatable nexus provisions, coupled with varying regulations across states.
Never ceases to amaze how adamant posters are at wanting to demonstrate their complete ignorance on technical issues.
