I politely disagree..... I think the management should have stopped giving guidance a few quarters ago. Coz the way Australia and New Zealand taking toughest possible stands every time a few cases emerge. It is impossible to forward guide for a company like A2 (for which distribution is a lifeline, a small disruption can easily snowball bigtime). At least they have done it now.
On the other hand look out for before Christmas, in the month of November if vaccination rate reach levels of UK and green shoots appear on the distribution I wouldn't be surprised if company comes up with a positive business update.
ofcourse there is a bit of wishful thinking but it is a realistic possiblity.
