I've asked this before but no answer.
I got in a few weeks ago maybe a bit longer and I'm in it for the lithium.
Can someone please tell me this:
HWK currently have 1.7b shares on issue
Diablo will be spun off with new shares being issued
What happens to the 1.7b shares in HWK / Arizona Mining, will that volume remain the same?
My thinking and not downramping as I know Arizona lithium and the prospects in New Mexico are exciting but wouldn't the HWK SP be diluted considering all other metals / minerals will fall under Diablo?
Appreciate an answer to this
