I doubt it’s stupidity. It’s clear for anyone to see what’s happening to the share price due to management perceived lack of proper ethics and transparency. It would have to be one of the other motivations I mentioned. Fbr don’t seem to put out price sensitive announcements yet they have so much going on that is price sensitive just not even bothered to be announced. Very strange way to run a business in the lead up to immenent capital raise. They are probably to busy spending shareholders hard earned capital to care.
