Possibly even some elements of the Hippocratic Oath in there that they are bound to firstly do no harm and using an inferior technology could in fact be doing harm to a patient? Same as a doctor refusing to use an MRI and only X-Ray for financial reasons knowing full well an MRI will answer more questions.
