Yep they're worthless mate. You may as well got fat stacks of $100 dollar bills and set fire to them. While I'm confident the liquidator will find evidence of breaches of the corporation's act am i confident they will be held to account. Not really, quite often they only get a slap on the wrist. As @$$$$$$$ said in another thread they've been getting away with this sort of behaviour for decades under different guises. An example needs to be made and anything less would not only be a misjustice but give credence to other dodgy directors to continue misleading shareholders.
