I haven't spoken to Wayne about his goals, but I can imagine that he wants to play a role in partially transitioning the textile sector to be green.
Imagine that, if you achieved that in your life - saving heaps of trees and heaps of water and pollution. What a legacy.
I'm not in this for a quick takeover. I assume Wayne isn't either... but time will tell.
I would assume that after initial supply agreements are inked would be a good time to get a new board member in. That way you can demonstrate the potential of the company and recruit some real talent.
