Both statements are categorically untrue. ASIC have alleged breaches of the corporations act which saw the performance hurdles met and the performance shares issued, that this was done to benefit JK and others and was against the best interests of shareholders. It's all there in black and white in the SOC perhaps take your own advice and read the SOC. Happy to paste the sections (again) if you don't believe me.

A "disclosure" issue alleged by ASIC (which is denied) is not the same as a "revenue recognition" issue. The clues are there in 4FASOC, ASIC 20-026MR, GT Audits and ASIC SOC. There is "no smoking gun"
