Looking to buy 10k units of these. Quite bullish and have been hearing alot about these guys recently. I imagine that the lack of APRA regulations saves them alot on compliance costs that big banks have to deal with. KKR holding 60% in Escrow and big Insto holding gives weight to it's longjevitity.
Happy to listen to some Devils Advocate arguments against holding if people want to express an opinion?
