Bell Potter have a price target of 45c.
On the 10/07, their upgraded their price target to 30c, from 16c, and upgraded it again to 45c on the 18/09.
For them, the key was to address the debt issue. I will post a summary of their analysis shortly, which explains how they came up with this 45c figure.
