There is NO mistake by marketindex, you have to understand as to what they're publishing.
If you read into the link that you posted in your 55766048 post, and as to what it represents, maybe then you might see as to where you have arrived at your confusion.

CJ I did not tell Eddie to use Marketindex, I just linked one of their pages that has up to date and current numbered and in numerical order Market Cap valuations.
CJ if you looked into the Marketindex website you will see the two company's that entered the asx100 in the June rebalance and the two that were ousted. But I'm not going to do all your homework for you.
