Presentation mentioned PEK approaching offtake and finance partners prior and agreement to return with issued SML.
With SML now in hand thats what is being undertaken. Given numbers would have been crunched already in the last approach. Its now no doubt a return to clarify the outcome.
I assume thats what the market is getting excited about in anticipation. It wouldnt surprise me to see this outcome shortly either. The timing would be both perfect and probable. An MOU now would go well on its way to smashing through recent 14 cent highs as the sp bounce already seems to be gaining momentum..
