    I not sure about the assumptions. The main reason for USA is that at the time of planning, Australia did not have a break out.

    - Better control of how test is conducted
    Given the trial is done with people at home, im not sure if this would vary anywhere in the world
    - Can instantly modify Algorithm if needed
    I dont see how geography has anything to do with timing of data transfer. The subjects need internet no matter where they are an internet is internet
    - Have more control of the hospitals used and the patients tested
    I recall tests are being sent to people upon requests. I dont think hospitals are involved
    - Would be cheaper to run- Results faster and Prof here to oversee
    I think main costs are postage and the tests. I cant imagine they differ vastly across th world. India would presumably be cheaper.
    - Importantly know what to expect before trialling In other countries

    - a bad result will be hard to come back from.

    Im pretty comfortable with their approach
