I don't understand the emphasis on certainties concerning the rebate code: "100%", "without an iota of doubt" - this is Biotech. Absolutes will be priced into the share absolutely.
Perhaps the more logical approach is to consider the likelihood of approving the rebate code. When a simple test can save insurers and the health system circa $100,000AUD/patient/per annum on dialysis - do the odds suggest it would be rejected?
