This solution hopefully satisfy the authorities and Alibaba regarding data security. As this 3rd party is going to be a consortium with state backed entities, will it be accepted by the Chinese consumer?. However the other issue the American investors face is regarding access to all financial and other background information that is not being divulge by state back organisations. No solution in sight for this issue yet? No doubt Tencent, Alibaba can grow for long time to come, however all these regulatory issues needs to be sorted.
