I'm not sure which way you're arguing here, but your comment about non-holders makes me think you're trying to discredit those who don't like JK. Trying to discredit the poster rather than debating a point isn't appreciated, whichever side you're on.

Either way, to sum up, from a pro-JK point of view, we have had the following list of reasons for this suspension:
    - ASX wanted to stop an up-and-coming competitor Fintech (disproven)
    - ASX wanted to stop an up-and-coming competitor stock exchange through our deal with NSX (wrong timing)
    - ASX wanted to stop an up-and-coming settlement solution in clearpay (wrong timing)
    - ASIC were never investigating, and only launched a legal action to cover ASX (disproven)
    - Lots of employees of ASX and ASIC have worked together, and they got ASIC involved (disproven)
    - Weird and unrelated complaints about an OM report (irrelevant)
    - And the only one that is left: ASIC aren't very good at governance

From an anti-JK point of view, we have the following list of reasons for this suspension:
    - ISX did something wrong, and ASX and ASIC have been doing their jobs

    Occam's Razor.
