    I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to say here. The matter is very simple. ASX is a listed entity and should publish any info a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on its share price. Note that the rule says a reasonable person. Are you saying there's absolutely no way ASX could lose in court or pay damages or the amount is reasonably immaterial to them?

    Also, your suggestions of "hidden" ASX memos isn't backed up there. We know the details of these meetings because of ASIC and ASX discovery.There will have been plenty of memos released to ISX.

    Where were the memos from the meetings they found they didn't have any hard or sufficient evidence? Note that he said "we", not "I".

    We also know he suspended ISX the next day. But the 4FASOC para 5E(c) says he went ahead and suspended ISX without any:
