Nobody's saying it does nothing. They're saying that it does nowhere near what it's predicted to do, which is a big problem. If you've been listening, not only do we need to reduce C02 emissions, we need to get them to 0. And perhaps even into negative territory. If this underperformance over several years cracks you up, well that's a pretty dark sense of humour.
