Certainly wasn't doing the 'we'll all be ruined' call just yet.
More the ''we're pretty close to being completely screwed' call.
Where will PAL be in 6/12 months at the current rate of losses? Agree, $45m MC with a building of the same value (ignoring debt) looks good on paper TODAY, but that's a static view. At the current rate of losses, what's the equation in a few months if things don't pick up? What kind of dilution will new equity want? Might we survive, yes? No good if the share count is 2x from here? Let's say the final, final raise is $20m @15c (which is what they could get it if they went today - but possibly not). Thats a 133m more shares, a worrying scenario to me. If I'm a new CEO, first thing I want to do is get myself a strong B/S and rebase my KPI's.
Would you buy the building after looking at this set of accounts?
Also, I think the SP is more than capable of falling of its own free will in spite of a few holders bemoaning their bad investment on some stock forum. I wish I could move the market like that.
