I tend to disagree on the fact it could be a disadvantage.
BOE dont need to lock all their production into off-takes, they can build the contracts as time goes on. When other jnr's have over 3 year mine set up time frames, (and they are still waiting for $40-50usd to get started) the bull run could be over by the time they get into production.
Also contracts their will be fixed and variable components, so if spot does reach $200usd BOE will still see the benefits.
