They have been selling regularly on-market as well (as indicated by the announcement). Very evident that when a buyer takes a seller out, a large amount suddenly appears again at a similar price very quickly (I've noticed this as I have been a regular buyer of late}. Have been meaning to ask management about what they know of this partys intention. They have sold more than what they gained from the rights issue...and still hold millions of shares...how many more are they planning to sell? I'm sure management would know something of what is happening here.
