Hi Kevi
A good post and your chart shows the tightness of present trading - lots of the initiated wanting to buy around 70 cents with few sellers eking out tiny gains so little volume. A good floor - so I agree looks like little downside for the SP.
I, like you as I've posted, would love to see base metals climb (in time they will, sure) but now my comment.
TZN doesn't need an increase in present zinc and lead prices. It's on a track that Century and others were never on - good profitability at medium prices and reasonable profitability at low prices. And nevertheless it's in the doldrums.
So how - to use Michael1's term - can it breakout?
The answer must lie in two things: time and cash flow.
So I think metal prices for TZN are not the main game anymore: the breakout will be at a time when cash flow is seen directed to more development rather than a holding game with the instos after the disaster of last Sept.
So debt, small as it is, is a hindrance. So is the perception that base metals are not fashionable. And we all know fashion goes in cycles.
(Lots of thinking aloud here, hope that's ok.)
