    Looking good. Great result. Only issue I see is that management need to promote this to get the sp up before wanting to issue 40 million shares to pay for it.

    Rough calcs say that ECM should be 25-35 cents at present with this deal.

    This should be one to watch. Lets hope we can some airplay and promotion.
