Its not a given at the moment but that's what i infer from what is being said in the presentations/webinars. Nobody likes capital raises in general but every raise is different; and i think if we raise cappital for establishing a red debt of sea, market wouldn't be too unhappy with that as the trajectory of growth will be evident and for everyone to see.
