I may been reading this wrongly , But the way I take it is that the RAMP UP is starting in October not the first production .
this latest announcement states
Commencement of production ramp-up remains on track for October 2021
But when you go back to the investor presentation on the 23/8
Production Imminent

 Beyondie SOP Project is substantially de-risked with first production on target for
September and commercial production ramp-up to commence in October 2021
 Construction near completion, commissioning commenced
 100% of expanded production committed to offtake with K+S

So my way of thinking is this latest announcement is only talking about the ramp up
