that's definitely not happening. the owners of Potential had the choice of cash or shares. if they wanted cash BMT would have completed a cap raise and given them cash. they wanted shares to be a part of the new company so there is zero chance in the last week they have changed their mind and will start selling. I listened to the mgt call and to hear both Tim and Duane talk about the growth prospects and market position of the new combined BMT business was compelling. once the market wakes up to this story I can see $1 fairly easily.
