What 'safe interest fund' pays 6 - 10 % per year?

If that level of 'safe' return becomes available, it will be because inflation has skyrocketed...

Most super retirement money funds make 10% pa? On tv the other day one claimed they made 15% pa? So yes we can make it safely and 10% pa.

how can you get inflation if food, water, power, gas and all public hospitals are self funded? Explain yourself? they get a huge 50% rise in budget cost every 10 years? Does inflation of the dollar happen why money is in interest fund's? If so take a huge 10% off and the budget get's a 40% increase in 10 year's time. 50 year's time it's huge.
