Thanks Gan_Gans ... Interesting rabbit hole you dropped me down.

Despite being thoroughly bamboozled by the international patent process (who'd have thought that an entire branch of the legal profession might be complex) ... It does appear that we're granted in US, however are being repeatedly challenged/rebuffed by EU/Australia patent offices on Novel/Inventive grounds, as recently as May this year.

It gives a bit of appreciation to a small piece of the behind-the-scenes work that must being going on. Our staff aren't just drinking coffee and chatting all day!

However, I'm very aware of my non-existent patent law & biopharmaceutical industry start-up experience ... And personally if I felt that I couldn't trust the integrity of our board/management to faithfully present information (not specific task-by-task, but broad direction with justification), I'd have no business being invested in PAR.

An update on patent status, and a small expansion on how this impacts real business would be an interesting segment of AGM (for me anyway).
