    Unfortunately its not viable employing people here anymore. Especially when comparing the work ethic and wages to other countries. Unions, high tax, super, insurances, constant demands from employees etc are destroying companies. Been there, done that. (Especially in the trades industry). Reason why it's a much smarter move for the plant overseas
