Interesting that the placement is being done as a convertible note.
Will provide some additional protection for the note holders and if things don't work out, will enable the note holders to take out existing shareholders.
Keep an eye on the share price, and lets see the details of the convertible note.
Also note that apparently the new covid-rent relief will NOT apply to any subsidiaries of listed companies.
