Can anyone list a number of reasons as to why a CEO would sell his holdings? Isn't he paying himself a salary already?
I'm all for BRN, but still very curious as to why this is happening. Disposing of 1.7m shares @ avg. 0.49 = ~830K
BRN surely is worth a lot more than $0.49 in the future?
