If no written permission was required then I would suggest that the shares were sold prior to the 16th of August as that was when the price sensitive LDA call was made. Still not sure as to when the 10 day trading period actually started but that pretty much cover all dates to Sept 2 under a blackout.
Share price touched 55cents a couple of times before the 16th. PVDM must be filthy he averaged sub 50c
