It really does NOT matter to a degree how many shares are on the market.
If the stock had less shares then you would not be buying them at the lows of 0.012/0.011 cents .... it is as simple as that.
Having the low share I can buy far more shares at 0.011 than if the price was at 0.05 cents.

I have been buying up the LPD's from their lows and also the LPDOD"S from their lows of 0.002 and 0.003 cents. have a BIG holding in these.
I can see these heading to the 0.10 cent range and then onto the 0.20 cent range and will be very similar price action and increase as I have experienced with another stock that I hold. My options on this other stock are up over 8500%

Therefore due to the fact that the MC is low relative to what LEPIDICO has got coming thru works much better for me as I can build abig stake in the stock and just wait till it builds its P1 plant and starts on the P2 ... the P2 Plant will push the MC into the 2 - 3 Billion range.

Those that can SEE this have been and are now buying up big numbers shares NOW ... this is why it has been moving up from the 0.019 cent level towards that 0.03 cents even before we have had any announcements.
