My two cents:

I got in two weeks ago - just sold out.

NPV's are totally based on the discount rate - in this case 8%

8% is just not good enough return on a small mining co. - I use 15% for my personal calcs - below 10% is unusual.

Anyway,

change the discount and see what the sp is worth

8% return - $53million - 6.6cents per share
10% return - $33million - 4.1cents per share
12% return - $20million - 2.5cents per share
15% return - $6million - 0.75cents per share

I think the market is waiting for sentiment reaction, then will react accordingly.
I have never seen a discount rate below 10%
