well from what i read from previous nxs ann's and postings sedco felt that nxs wouldnt be able to fulfill their obligation in regards to the rig charter due to the financial crisis and nxs's cash situation and hence took the onus onto themselves and cancelled the contract.
anyone wish to clarify this further? i hold my small parcel and will take up a rights issue.
