Interesting position.
Recommending a spec buy up to 25c means they feel there is adequate likely upside beyond that to make a buy at 25c worthwhile - usually at least 50% on a spec share - so I read this as saying this is worth up into the mid thirties at least.
Sounds good to those of us that still have some longer term shares, though hopefully have averaged down considerably at lower prices.
