Well yes, all those things, one that interests me is that China govt is clamping down on the debts of their biggest housing developers.

Looks like the days of building speculator-led ghost-cities is all over and creditors want to see their cash.

I see that as a HUGE threat to IO prices, however I still believe that there will be continued strong demand for the product, as well as an international pivot away from China in so far as international supply chains go.

$54 break even using an extraordinarily conservative PFS (which in some part,IMO, led to the MGT price crash) would keep this project in the money IMO, assuming they can get the 500mill.

@MrStrengths , you have seen in our other stock what an even prospective agreement can do to market sentiment.
I hope I'm not wrong, but I still think this little trooper may have some juice and a few positive surprises in it yet. Happy to have some cash parked here.
