You are illiterate. If you want some help The point was that the number of EM1 shares on issue has nothing to do with the TIL pay out to EM1. EM1 received a 12% pay out regardless of SOI. Nuisance posting again. The negotiations were completed buy TIL which was a separate entity established by AR1 to handle the lawsuit. in consultation with TIL, EM1 announced the settlement as it was financially sensitive as they had a 12% share after legal and funding costs. If they didn't announce it, you would have been ranting that they failed to disclose financially sensitive information. Re read what you have highlighted from my original post. Where did you complete your education at?
