I believe electric cars are only a stop gap till hydrogen cars and refuelling stations are able to be mass produced effectively, as seperating hydrogen atoms in large quantities at the moment is the main problem. Unless there is a major change to solar, all the solar panels in the world wouldnt be able to power australia at the momnent.
I find it funny we currently have 3 mines that mine and sell uranium around the world, yet its to dangerous to use in Australia.
