That is, if SH approve.
Perhaps in hindsight, the WHSP reference price ceiling of $31 was generous
but it did provide certainty for accepting SH.
If the ceiling was not in place then WHSP may not have performed as it has since the
announcement of the takeover. But that is conjecture.
