POSCO set to tip in $20m, other offtakers happy to pre-pay part of their offtake, so there won't be a mega CR. $30m might be enough and Phase 1 plant in production by end 2022.
Phases 2, 3 & 4 look like they will be build in rapid succession. Then we sit back & watch the cash flow!
