Steve , or anyone else who could answer my question
in multiple discussions Peter cook has mentioned that having a banking entity would increase the margins of the business in its other arms, payments and billing etc.
does anyone know how this mechanism would work ?
in general my understanding would be that the bank license enables nov to access the lowest cost funds and this passes on efficiency to other parts of the business
