Sedco pulled the plug after NXS asked to reverse charges when making their weekly phone call to Sedco HQ in Geneva.
Regardless of the merits of the case, Sedco need to talk tough as they cant afford to have their clients think they can opt out of contracts, or not have the funds to meet contractual obligations, whenever they feel like it.
