As we've now breached the $1.00 and gain inclusion into the ASX300, it's good to consider what imo is the most legit comparison for LTR, and that would be PLS. Note that PLS has not made any money yet, they're carrying a $250million loss and $110m debts (The sum of PLS Losses + Debts is more than the $280 million that LTR needs to build its first Concentrator). Also, that would mean that if PLS makes money in Financial Year 2023, it will likely be able to recoup its accumulated losses, giving them 2023 as the first year of genuine green results for the first time in their history. That gives them just 1 year of profit ahead of LTR by the time LTR starts production in 2024.
What that means to me is that the valuation of LTR should track PLS from here. LTR resource is about 73% that of PLS. LTR resource has a higher grade and with ESG benefits of UG and WOF's superior output, SC6 product grades is expected to significantly exceed the 5.5% grades being auctioned by PLS. PLS is now $6.5 billion. LTR - 73% of pls is $4.75 billion, theoretically valuing LTR at $2.50 NOW, not later.
I think there's some serious re-rate that's overdue. We're now in uncharted territory. Analysts are trying to value us very low but we know better. They haven't ascribed any value to our other projects at Buldania and MI6, and so to our superb management with skin in the game, i.e. stake north of $400 million. I'm not aware of any other Company's management & leadership in ASX 300 that has that massive holding. Simply massive. They'll look after their money and your money.
Get your free shares soon on MI6, i call it a "very special dividend" not many of the peers have had. We're ready for our next big kick guys. UBS and Barclay Capital cannot keep on playing with our share price. I wouldn't rule out a possibility LTR will join ASX200 in six months. The lion is going to roar!!!
One Dollar is Just the Beginning.
all imo
cheers
