"Every time the SP got to $32.00 he pushed it up a bit and kept on buying. If he was not around I guess the SP would have slipped to $31.60-31.80 today."
Maybe, or maybe he was the one who capped it and kicked it in the guts so he can fill in the order. Its only 2 weeks until it goes XD and buying now would save the co. 40c/share. This one won't go anywhere until the buyback is finish.
