Again,
i repeat what i was told by one of the brokers who works for the insto who is underwriting the issue:
the big boys can pitch for stock at 32 cents
smaller shareholders , a rights issue 1 for every 3.75 shares at 22 cents,
broker who is handling it is Southern Cross,
again i have been told this by more than one person at the firm,
i cant see why they would not be telling the truth, i was told it was for 70 million but not sure whether that included the retail entitlement.
