I'm afraid that your scenario this makes sense to me. Whatever made the board of EPM put the company into this position?
From the start I was afraid that the cost of the Greenland deal would strangle EPM's financial ability to work on their Australian tenements. But that worry is minor when compared with what could happen to EPM itself.
Is this a matter for ASX? I'm thinking of the 20% limit.
Or is it something that ASIC should interest itself in? Shareholders of EPM could be taken for a ride.
