Maybe the 3rd party being the Lab?
Not unreasonable to wonder if part of this announcement was to let the market know that promising core samples from hole 20A were expedited to the Lab and confirmed to hold Ni-PGEs from the handheld XRF??
More speculation I know, but could be a possibility Imo.
